Who Are We?

T.A.P. is an acronym for The Authentication Process and is the transformational coaching platform of Jeffrey & Shanda Lee. It was created to help those discontent with "living life by accident" do three primary things.  Authenticate, Validate, and Re-create a life filled with Purpose. And T.A.P. 4 Kids was birthed from a desire to help children and parents navigate the authentication process for today's youth!

It's our desire to become a resource and sounding block for parents and kids to connect with a community and get Coaching to help navigate the complex array of issues we face daily.

Jeffrey & Shanda Lee are Personal Development Certified Life Strategists and the faces behind T.A.P. 4 Kids!

They've been married for over 26 years and have two grown daughters.

Shanda's background includes a decade working with Special Needs children in the midwest and Santa Clarita Valley school systems. She holds a BS Degree in Organizational Leadership & Supervision. She's a mentor, counselor, blogger, and author.

Jeffrey is an Ordained Minister, Bible Teacher, mentor, blogger, and author.

Together they have over two decades of experience mentoring both young children and adults. They are former youth pastors and engage in various other entrepreneurial, business, and speaking endeavors.
